Shipping Policy

Hello everyone! We're glad to offer you some affordable and fast shipping options. We do however have some shipping rules in place to protect us as a small business. If your package gets lost, or stolen Cositas Dom is not liable. We encourage all of our customers to purchase (order insurance) to give you a piece of mind when placing your order. 

If your package is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was not purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured.

If your package was insured and lost, damaged, or stolen, please visit your nearest post office to review steps on how to make a claim. Then, please contact us via email (cositasdom@gmail.com) with your order ID/# and we will get back to you with in 3-5 business days.
